Absolutely, one of the BEST and MOST beautiful flute music I have ever heard in my entire life!

Lost count of how many times I’ve listened to Manose Singh’s Mermaid Song.

Today I just want to pass along this love and joy to you all.

Enjoy   :-)

A man will rescue you. The damsel in distress gets her paradise eventually when prince charming comes for her, right? What a detrimental belief to install in us women — in fact, in ANYONE for that matter. It harms us by teaching us to wait for things to happen instead of taking care of ourselves and creating the life we want. It takes our power away.

I hate to burst your bubbles ladies, but in reality, there’s no hero to save us. No prince charming. No Romeo. No superman. The hero is hidden inside yourself. We are the helpless damsel hopelessly waiting because that’s the story that keeps the hero hidden.

Let’s take Taylor Swifts’ song, “Love Story” and somehow Romeo does come for you and sweep you off your feet. You get married so you’ll never have to be alone again. You’re taken away from the current situation you don’t want to be in. Now what?

Yes you are married to him, but still you have to live with yourself. Face yourself every night and day. If you felt lonely or whatever and thought a man could save you from it… Take you out of it. You’re right. Temporarily. But deep down, you’ll always be back with yourself again. And those same emotions will be there waiting for you. Unless you face your feelings. No man is going to cover that up.

I’m not talking bad about having a man. They are wonderful. Great adventures and experiences can happen with them. And you can speed your personal growth and development. He can be a reflection for you like a second set of eyes to see the things you can not see.

But sitting around waiting for things to happen – waiting for your life to start – can take forever. You could be dead by that time you begin. Who knows.

Solution is to notice this belief exists in you. Then realize it’s not working (not now, not ever). After you do this you can adopt a new belief that works for you better.
