What an exciting time it is…

I decided to reward myself with more health tools this year (…both for my birthday Dec 18th and Christmas!)

“Why you can be completely healthy and still feel like total crap!”

Ran across this on my research… What a shocker…

You could be eating healthier than ever in your life, exercising regularly, and even picked up consistent meditation habit on a weekly basis…  And yet still feel OFF.

So that’s me now… what.?!??

I got my health routine locked in. And now I’m one of those individuals who feels awful when I miss my workouts EVEN for one day. And gets extremely cranky and off balance when I eat processed food.

Don’t feel sorry for me. I’m actually am very proud I made these changes. See, for me I have a lot of food sensitivities and for me to discover that and know that, I am relieved. (Although, like any human being, I do take a bite once in a while… but very seldom.)
